Hi, I’m Chantel Baker. I’m this year’s Rooney Elementary PTO President. I’m married to Brandon Baker and we have five children in our blended family. Three of our children attend school in Quincy. Allison is in 5th grade, Gerald is in 7th, and Jaidyn is a Senior. I also have two step daughters Adisyn (7th) and Ainslee (5th) who attend school in Hannibal. We love to swim at the lake, eat sushi, and go to hockey games. My husband is a big Detroit Red Wings fan. I look forward to serving on the PTO board and helping our amazing staff and parents through this exciting year.

Vice President of Membership

Hi, I’m Brad Hudson. I’m this year’s Vice President of Membership. I was born and raised in Quincy Illinois and graduated from Quincy High in 1995. I have two children, Sydney that is 3rd Grade this year at Rooney and Landon that attends Junior High as a 7th grader. I work as a network engineer for a Managed Services Company based out of Kansas City Missouri. I am also a U.S. Navy Veteran.

Secretary

HI! My name is Laura Kelley and I'm the Secretary of Rooney Elementary' s PTO this year. My husband Clint and I have 3 very active and fun-loving boys: Caleb and Walker are in 2nd grade this year and Bennett is a future Rooney Fox at 1 whole year old. We enjoy spending time with family and friends and anything we can do outdoors like hunting, fishing and swimming. The boys play a mixture of baseball, basketball, soccer and shoot archery, so when I can find time to do something myself, I love to craft and paint. I'm excited to serve in this position for the second year and to get to know the Rooney staff and parents. I joined the PTO, because as a parent I want to show my children that I am invested in their education and want them to have the best experience possible. Nothing is better than seeing the excitement they have for simply being a Rooney Fox. We are looking forward to a great year at Rooney!

Hello, my name is Sarah Kramer (not the Principal of ECFC). I’m single mom of 5 kiddos. Rylie (17) is a senior, Kirsten (15) is a sophomore, Harlan (14), is 7th grade, Elliot (5) is kindergarten at Rooney, and Lincoln who’s 10 months. We are big into marching band, soccer, camping, and traveling to new places. I have a background in business but I’m currently a RN at Blessing hospital. I look forward to meeting and working with other parents at Rooney this school year!
